our experience

Pat Duggins career in the aviation industry spans 42 years and has included work in turbine power plant, aircraft overhaul and component repair and overhaul. He has performed risk assessment for the insurance industry and both corporate and business aircraft owners have utilized his talents. In addition the US Department of Justice, Department of Transportation and the US Coast Guard have benefited from Pat’s assistance. He has received many awards from the Federal Aviation Administration while maintaining a staff position with the Transportation Safety Institute. He is a graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelor of Professional Aeronautics. Additionally he is a current member in good standing with the PAAO and holds the title of Senior Certified Appraiser (PSCA) endorsed by the USPAP. Pat is also a Registered Safety Professional and member in good standing of the International Society of Safety Professionals(ISSP) and holds certification as a Certified Registered Safety Professional(CSRP). He has been a keynote speaker for Aviation Safety Conferences throughout the industry. He is certified by the National Aircraft Appraisers Association for aircraft appraisals. The Federal Aviation Administration has certified him to be an Airframe and Power plant mechanic. He is also a proud member of the Cherokee Nation.

Pat Duggins has over 42 years of aviation maintenance knowledge, including experience as:
  • Auxiliary Power Unit team leader for 700 aircraft fleet
  • Management of the processes for accomplishing repairs/overhaul of all models of GE CF6 series aircraft engines.
  • Management of the heavy and light overhaul for the 727, 737 and MD80 fleet of commercial aircraft
  • Component maintenance
  • Overhaul mechanic for CF6 power plants
  • Training for A&P mechanics, specialized skills training and management training programs.


Pat believes the challenges of aviation maintenance are rewarding. He demonstrates his ability to conquer compliance of the many rules and regulations while giving the utmost respect to aviation safety.
